Hashtag Sports is seeking a digital design intern to join our growing team remotely as we expand our digital footprint. This position is a fast-paced opportunity for a sports-loving young professional who is looking to learn how to bring the most incredible events in sports marketing to life on the internet - whether through social media content, virtual conferences, or otherwise.

The internship will focus on identifying and ideating top performing content across leading social platforms and sports publishers, content creation in the form of social media graphics, video and audio editing, and production of new original content series.

The intern should have excellent knowledge of sports and entertainment culture as well as an interest in business and events. This position requires high attention to detail and the ability to think critically. The ideal candidate will be creative, organized, and willing to roll up their sleeves.

Responsibilities

• Help edit video content with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premier Pro and After Effects 
• Assist with photo editing and graphic design work for creative projects
• Identify best performing content from social platforms and sports publishers 
• Assist in executing promotional activities across all content types
• Contribute to content and strategy for Engage by Hashtag Sports editorial platform
• Help produce online events, webinars, and awards programs

• Caption writing mastermind, bonus points if you’re in the know with pop culture 
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Proven work ethic, problem-solving skills, and ability to wear entrepreneurial hat
• Knowledge of Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
